Wakame Salad

Ingredients
Wakami, soy sauce, fresh ginger, veg'ys, shitaki mushrooms, sesame oil.
Directions
Soak wakame according to package directions, sautee ginger, then mushrooms in sesame oil. Add wakame and cook until warm. Toss with finely chopped carrots, celery, red or yellow peppers, add soy sauce to taste.
