Apple Spice Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder 1/2 cup Multigrain Pancake Mix 1 teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon2 Tablespoons No Sugar Added Apple Butter2 Eggs, beaten4 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (I used SF Caramel)1 jar diced apple bites1 Tablespoon Canola Oil1/4 cup Apple Cider1/2 cup Raisins Pam Non-stick Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into mini muffin tin. Bake for 12-14 minutes till lightly golden. Cool on a wire cooling rack. Makes 24. They freeze well too.
