Brown Butter Pecan Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
3 T chopped, toasted pecans3T butter, browned over medium low heat1.5 tbls Sunsweet Lighter bake (an apple/prune puree to replace fat in recipes)1 cup unbleached flour1/8t baking soda1/8 t salt1/4 cup egg beaters1/3 cup brown sugar1 t vanilla
Directions
Brown butter, careful not to burn, set aside. Mix egg beaters, sugar, vanilla, salt, soda, Lighter Bake. Beat in butter. Add flour. Mix in pecan and chocolate chips. Drop 2 Tbls of dough per cookie, bake in a 350 oven for apx 12 minutes. Makes 10 cookies.
