EFL Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
14 oz. Chicken Breast, no skin, cooked and chopped or shredded (can use fresh, frozen or canned)2 C Fresh Express Angel Hair Cole Slaw ( 283 grams) I large Scallions, raw, chopped1/4 C Lite Soy Sauce1/3 C Rice vinegar2 TBSP Sesame Oil1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 C Chow Mein Noodles
Directions
In a large mixing bow, combine cooked chicken, coleslaw mix and green onions.

In a small mixing bowl, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger. Drizzle over chicken mixture and toss to coat.

Divide chicken salad into four portions. Top with chow mein noodles and serve.
