Creamy Pesto Pasta with Chicken

2 packages Knorr Creamy Pesto mix2 cups skim milk1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 pound Barilla plus pasta3 boneless chicken breasts1 teaspoon salt2 cups of low fat Mozzerella cheese
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, place in a large casserole dish, and set aside.
Broil or grill three boneless chicken breasts. Cut the chicken into thin strips and spread over the top of the pasta.
Mix together creamy pesto mix, milk, butter, and olive oil in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the pasta and chicken.
Top with the two cups of shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
