Apple Cake

Ingredients
5 apples (sliced)2 tsp. Cinnamon2 tbsp. Sugar1 cup Oil2 cups Sugar4 Eggs3 cups Flour3 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Vanilla1/4 cup Orange Juice
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl, and let stand. Beat next 3 ingredients together until thick and creamy. Then add last 5 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Batter will be thick.

Grease a tube pan. Add a small amount of batter into pan, then add a layer of apples, repeat, ending with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until cake tests done.

Approximately 24 servings.
