    Delicious, totally healthy and easy. They look and smell like regular waffles. I freeze the batch then toast them in the morning. Great source of protein. The only thing I did was put the ingredients in the blender before cooking to make a smooth batter. - 12/18/11

    These are great!!!! pop in the toaster do noit even need syrup. Just make sure you put it in a blender. - 3/16/13
