Crockpot Chicken & Quinoa Soup

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped12 oz of chicken, cubed and cooked in frying pan1 cup dry quinoa (rinsed)1 c chopped celery1 c baby carrots3 tsp chicken bouillon3 c water
Directions
Chop chicken and cook in frying pan with a little olive oil. Chop onion, celery, and carrots. Combine everything in your crockpot and cook for 5 hours on low.
