2 medium iceberg lettuce leafs,washed and dry4 slices lean deli ham2 slices provolone cheesecelery thinly sliced about 5 inches long4 tbls helmans mayonaisesalt and pepper 9optional)
spread prepared lettuce leaves with 2 tbls helmans mayo.stack up all other ingrediants on top of the mayo.taking the long end roll up like a burritto.when off induction add pickles to this for 1 carb per dill pickle.
