Sante Fe Salmon

Ingredients
1.5 lb salmon fillets.5 cup light mayo1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes with lime jucie/cilantro (drained)
Directions
cut salmon into 4 servings
season with salt and pepper
preheat large saute pan on med high 2 - 3 mins
combine tomatoes and mayo in med. bowl
coat both sides of salmon with mixture and place in pan. add remaining mixture, cover and cook 3 - 5 minutes on each side
