These were fabulous!!! Even my boyfriend loved them! They were nice and moist. I did not need an egg to hold them together. The ingredients worked just fine as they're written. I will be making this regularly for dinner! - 9/8/10

I love love love these burgers. Boyfriend and I make these every other week since finding this recipe! We used fresh spinach and sauteed it in a pan and let it cool a bit before adding it to the other ingredients. Garlic is so key and makes these burgers AMAZING! - 6/30/11
