Broccoli-Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/3 cup orange juice1 Tbsp dry sherry1 tsp cornstarch1 Tbsp canola oil1 tsp grated ginger root1 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots1 cup chopped broccoli2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
stir together orange juice, cornstarch and dry sherry and set aside for sauce.
pour oil into a large skillet, pre-heat and add ginger for 15 sec.
add carrots and broccoli and saute till tender. about five min.
stir in sauce and stir until thick and bubbly and heated through.
Stir in walnuts and serve.
