Brocolli and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust1.25 cups shredded 2% cheddar cheese5 eggs1 cup skim milk2.5 cups chopped brocollisalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven t0 350.

2. Lay pie crust in pan. Cover pie crust with cheese.

3. Sprinkle broccoli over cheese.

4. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cheese and brocolli

5. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

    I made this tonight so that the kids can serve me breakfast in bed tomorrow, Mother's day. Easy to warm up in the microwave. I can't wait to have this quiche it's been so long. I did add some onion to it though for a little extra flavor. Thanks for posting your recipe. - 5/8/10
