Broccoli Carrot Soup

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh broccoli1.5 cup chopped fresh carrots2 cups vegetable2 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp tabasco or hot saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop broccoli and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Add broth, broccoli, and carrots to a soup pot and simmer until vegs are tender. Add sour cream, cheese, and spices and blend to desired consistency.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
