Southwest Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 24oz container of Lowfat Cottage Cheese1 Ripe Tomato chopped 1/2 cup chopped onions1 small can of diced green chili's1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp salt - or to taste
Directions
Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese and place it in a medium size bowl. Chop onions and tomato and add them to the cottage cheese. Drain chili's and add them to the bowl. Add seasonings and mix. Best if chilled overnight, but can be eatin instantly

Makes 12 1/4 cup servings
