1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp of cream cheese1/2 cup of fat free ranch dressing1/2 of Frank's buffalo wing sauce1/2 cup of fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. place chicken in a baking dish and cover with foil. bake for 25 mins or until done. meanwhile mix softened cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce together in a bowl. uncover chicken, spead cream cheese mixture evenly on each breast, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, continue cooking until cheese is melted. makes 4 4oz servings.
