Ingredients
Portabella MushroomsEgg Free Pasta RibbonsBetter Than Sour CreamBetter Than "Beef" BaseSmall Sweet Yellow OnionFresh Chives
Directions
Boil a pot of water and add pasta. While waiting on water to boil coarsely chop yellow onion and mushrooms. Use nonstick spray on a medium saute pan and add onion, mushroom, & garlic powder to cook on medium heat stirring occasionally until browned. Reduce heat and set aside when browned. Combine sour "cream" and "beef" base with a tbls of water and stirr until mixed well. Combine all ingredients and top with finely chopped chives and enjoy!
