2 tbsp light mayonnaise2 tbsp light sour cream1 tbsp horseradish1 tbsp dijon mustard2 med scallions sliced thin1 tbsp sweet pickle relish1 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained2 tsp lemon juice (best if fresh)1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
