Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
7 oz Chicken Breast cubed1 cup of brown rice1 egg1/4 cup egg beaters1/4 soy sauce2.5 oz frozen broccoli1 cup peppers, green yellow and orange1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1/2 cup frozen peas
Directions
Brown chicken and sauted vegetables separately and set aside. Cook rice according to package directions. Brown rice in frying pan and mix in chicken and vegetables. Throw in egg and then add soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes. Makes 4 1 cup servings.
