Ingredients
1 lb skinless chicken cutlets2 tbs olive oil 1/8 chopped almonds1/8 parm cheese1 tbs thyme1 cloves garlic finely chopped1/2 panko parsleyMix all dry ingredients together. cut chicken into 4 pieces.Salt and pepper chicken. Dip chicken into olive oil and then into panko mixture. Bake at 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then broil on both sides until brown.
