Spinach Bacon and Feta Egg White Quiche

Ingredients
6 Slices of Chicken or Turkey Bacon1/2 cup Diced Onion3 Cloves Garlic1 cup Cooked Spinach ( Thawed and Drained )1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled1 cup Egg Whites1 cup Non Fat Milk2 tsp Oregano 1 frozen Pie Crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet with onion and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add bacon mixture, spinach, feta and oregano.

Pour into the pastry shell

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
