Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock2.5 lb prok shoulder roast14 oz bbq sauce1 TBL lemon juice1 tsp brown sugar1 medium onion, chopped8 low fat rolls
Directions
Put the pork roast in a crockpot. Cook on high 5-6 hours.

Remove the pork roast from the crockpot. Shred the pork, discard any liquid in the crockpot and then place the pork back into the crockpot. Put remaining ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for one hour.
