Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 c margarine or butter1 c sugar2 eggs3-4 bananas (over ripe)1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbl milk2 c flour1 tsp baking soda
Directions
1. Cream margarine (or butter) and sugar
2. Mix in eggs
3. Beat in bananas, vanilla, milk
4. Mix in flour and soda
Pour in greased bread pan or 2 small bread pans
Bake at 325*
20 servings by making 2 smaller loaves and dividing accordingly
