Mariela's Tuna ceviche/salad

Ingredients
2 cans Tuna canned in water1 Jalapeño pepper, minched1 medium Tomato, chopped1 c. Onions chopped2 medium cucumber, chopped8 Limes,1 cup of shredded lettuce1 cup Tomato Juice ( I like clamato)1 Avocado, chopped without skin of course.
Directions
1.Drain Tuna and add to medium bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingrediets, including the juice of 8 limes.
3. Add salt to taste
4. You can add chopped cilantro to top it off.

Serve it with tostadas, saltine crackers, or by itself.

I like to chill it a bit in the fridge before eating. It tastes better like this in my opinion.
