low(er) fat baked mac and cheese

Ingredients
1 tsp salt1 tsp tabasco1 lb pasta your choice2 cups shredded part skim cheese your choice1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup sour cream low fat1/2 cup egg beaters
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish; set aside.
2In a saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Return macaroni to saucepan.
3While macaroni is hot, add the cheeses to the pan; stir well.
4Spread the macaroni mixture in the prepared baking dish.
5In a bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, eggs, butter, hot sauce and salt. Pour the milk mixture over the macaroni. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
