Simple Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients
2-8 oz packages Neufchatel Cheese4 large eggs1/4 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp cinnamon1 cup cooked, pureed pumpkin
Directions
Soften the neufchatel (1/3 less fat cream cheese) and add rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth while oven preheats to 350. Spray a pie pan with canola oil spray. Pour batter into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with fat-free whipped topping if desired.
