Spartan Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 to 1 c frozen mixed fruit 6 oz. almond breeze- vanilla flavor1-2 tbsp orange juice concentrate1 inch slice extra firm tofu
Directions
Blend frozen fruit and milk for about 1 min. Add tofu, orange juice concentrate and spinach leaves and blend another minute. If you have a "smooth" function, smooth for one minute.


If this is too much Spinach taste for you, use mixed berries instead of mixed fruit.


Enjoy cold :)
