Spicy Turkey Burgers

1 lb Ground turkey breast meat (99% fat free)1 Jalapeno pepper1/2 Medium red bell pepper1/4 Medium red onion (or 2 shallots)2 Cloves fresh garlic2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce (your fave!)2 Tbsp. Ground cumin1 Tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1. Remove seeds and ribs of jalapeno (or leave them in if you want it extra spicy!); finely chop jalapeno, garlic, onion, bell pepper and combine in large bowl with the ground turkey breast meat.
2. Add buffalo sauce, cumin and steak seasoning. Combine mixture well using both hands to thoroughly and then form the mixture into a large circle. Score into quarters and form patties from each quarter.
3. On medium-high heat, spray medium sized skillet with nonstick cooking spray; cook burgers 6 minutes on each side, turning once at the 3 minute mark for evenness and to avoid burning.
4. Serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
