Egg White Scramble

3 egg whites1 tbsp chopped onion1 tbsp shredded cheddar or other kinds of cheese, low fatgarlic powder to tastesalt and pepper to taste some Mrs. Dash to taste (all seasonings may be substituted for others)1tbsp salsa of your choice-homemade is best and has less salt
serving size 1 small omelet

Separate 3 egg white from yolk. In a small bowl whip egg whites with a fork. Add seasoning to this mixture. Pour in pan and scramble on medium heat until whites are cooked. Turn burner off. Top with cheese(spread over top and put lid on pan to melt cheese) Once cheese is melted put on plate and spread salsa over top(if desired). Enjoy!!!!
