spanish rice

Ingredients
1 cup white minute rice1 cup of brown minute rice1/2 jalapeno pepper1/2 serrano pepper1/2 cup bell pepper1/2 cup red onion1 can petite diced tomatoes (approx 10.5 oz)1 cloves garlic2 tbsp onion powder3 tbsp of chili powder1 can beef or chicken broth (approx 10.5 oz)1 small can green diced chilies
Directions
sautee vegetables in pan using pam non stick spray until tender add one can 10.5 oz of diced tomatoes, add 1 cann beef or chicken broth, add spices bring to boil then simmer add all of rice ( i like the minute rice because it cooks faster) and simmer for approx 15 minutes. if you like it less spicy add only minimal of jalapeno and serrano peppers. makes 8 servings of 1/2 cup
