VEGAN Pumpkin Raisin Scones

Ingredients
Pureed Pumpkin (2 cups)Flour (2 cups)Quick Oats (1/2 cup)Sugar (1/2 cup)Baking Powder (2 tsp)Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)Raisins (1/4-1/2 cup)Applesauce (1/2 cup)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. *Optional - add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground cloves, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. Mix in applesauce completely. Add pureed pumpkin and mix well. On a floured surface, roll mixture into a circle approximately 1/2" to 1" thick. Cut into 8-12 triangles. Place on a greased baking sheet at bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
