Ground Beef & Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
24 oz of ground beef 93% lean4 T cream cheese2 cups shredded cheddar or co-jack or jalapeno cheese1 cup enchilada sauce
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain
Add cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese to beef mixture
Spoon some of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan
dip tortilla in sauce, then fill with meat mixture, roll, place seam side down.
Spoon enchilada sauce over the rolled enchiladas
Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese

Cook 350 degrees for 25 minutes
