Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup granulated sugar1 Tbsp baking powder (equal to 3 teaspoons)1 tsp salt1 cup plain light soy milk1/3 cup olive oil1 large egg
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients, mix until well combined. Preheat oven to 400*. Grease a 9x9 pan. Pour batter into pan (it should be thick), and spread into corners. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes, or until golden on top.
