Banana Nut Applesauce Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking2 cups white flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup mashed bananas1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup Egg substitute2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Blend with mixer the rest of the ingredients except walnuts. Slowly add the dry ingredients until blended. Mix in walnuts. Pour into two 9 X 5 pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 for 65 minutes. Makes 2 breads cut into 10 slices each.
