Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp
Place chicken in baking dish, cover and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Then drain. Add tomatoes and oregano to chicken with cheese on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes uncovered at 400 degrees. Serves 4.
