Egg drop soup

Ingredients
32 oz low sodium chicken broth1 tbs soy sauce (gluten free)2 large eggs2 egg whites2 cups baby spinach2 scallions chopped2 tbs parsley chopped
Directions
Bring broth and soy to boil around 10 mins
Slowly add the eggs and cook whisking constantly to form strands about 1 min
Add veggies adn cook 2 more mins
