Leftover Chicken Stir Fry Fajita

Ingredients
1/2 Small Onion1/2 Red or Green Pepper6 ounces Cooked Chicken1 Carrot julienned (I use leftover cooked carrots)1 Tlb. Balsamic Vinegar1 Tlbs Olive Oil2 Flour Fajita Tortillas1/4 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Julienne the chicken, carrots, onion and pepper. Place the onion and pepper into a fry pan with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If the carrot is raw, add to this mixture to cook slightly. Saute about 8 minutes or so depending on how soft or crisp you want the vegetables. Add the chicken to heat through.
Separate the onion mixture and cheese into two servings and place on top of the two Fajita's. Wrap into Fajita style and serve.
