Ridiculously Good Veg-All Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can cream of potato soup12 oz jar Heinz fat free chicken gravy2- 15 oz cans original veg-all vegetables, drained2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp black pepper2- 9" frozen pie crusts1 egg slightly beaten
Directions
Combine soup, gravy, veggies, chicken and spices in a large bowl. Spoon into pie crust. Cover with top pie crust, crimp edges to seal. Slit top crust and brush with beaten egg.
Bake 375 F for 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and serve.
Even better the next day. Enjoy!
