Stuffed Crepes

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute1 cup milk2/3 cup flourPinch of Salt1/2 tbsp oil2 tbsp jam2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
Directions
In bowl mix flour, milk, oil, salt and egg substitute. Heat non stick skillet on medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup mixture into pan and rotate pan to thin out crepe.

    Easy to make! I made the recipe as is and froze the extra crepes for breakfast another day. Topped it off with fresh strawberries and a dollop of sour cream. Yummy and extras already made! :-) - 6/15/09
