Mary's saturday breakfast

Ingredients

* Egg, fresh, 4 medium * Gouda Cheese, 100 grams * Bacon, 20 grams * *Canola Oil, .5 1tsp * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.2 cup, shredded * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 slice, thin/small * Bread, italian, 1 slice, medium ( i dont know if this is correct but i take 1/3 of an italian bread and toast it a bit in a toaster and cut it as for a sandwich )
- pour oil into a pan then heat the pan, in a heated pan fry bacon that was cuted into small squares just a min or to until then are ready
- add gouda cheese that was also cutted into small squares just until it starts to melt a min max
-then add eggs that you stirred before in a small bowl
- stir on medium heat
- fry until u like
prepare the bread:
cut the 1/3 of an italian bread and cut it as if you were going to make a sandwich.
toast just a bit so its crispy a little
then on one side add 2-3 slices of salad leaves
after that on the other side place eggs and on top of the eggs a few pieces of tomatoes
close and eat
