CindyBear's jello salad

Ingredients

2 boxes of jello (2 different flavors, I used raspberry & orange)2 cups shredded carrots (cuisinart them)1 can mandarin oranges (I drained the juice, so calories given are worst case that are calculated).
Makes 16 servings in bundt pan
-Prespray bundt pan with non stick
-Prepare first batch of jello, make regular method and pour into bundt pan (raspberry).
-Let sit in refrigerator for 45 minutes or so
-Layer on shredded carrots
-Layer on drained mandarin oranges
-Prepare second batch of jello, make regular method and add to the bundt pan pouring it over the layered jello already there, carrots, and mandarin oranges.
-Place plastic wrap over the top of bundt pan to protect the jello
-Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
-Transfer to cake carrying case with lid and store in refrigerator.
-Enjoy! Yum
