crustless quiche

Ingredients
2 extra large eggs1 cup milk-1%1 cup grated mozzarella cheese1/2 cup martha white dry biscuit mix1 large yellow pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
saute yellow pepper strips in olive oil and drain well, place in quiche dish which has been sprayed with pam spray. mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the peppers. bake in a 350 degree oven until set. cut in thirds for main meal.
