Ingredients
-One Can of Slim Fast Chocolate Royale-One Fresh Banana-Ice
Directions
Take about one to two cups of ice (depending on how you like your smoothies blended) and pour it into your blender. Next, open up one can of Slim Fast Chocolate Royale and pout it in the blender. Lastly add one banana (or half depending on how much of it you want to taste in your drink) and blend it all up til it meets your preference. Then VOILA! A delicious shake that doesn't add inches to you waistline!

    instead of slim fast, use carnation instant breakfast mix. Its much cheaper, tastes better, has more vitamins than slim fast and half the calories - 11/7/10

    I think the calories are off as well. I think a can of slimfast (depending on flavor) is 180 or 190 calories then you add one banana (roughly 110 cals) - 12/15/10
