black bean dip (with extra fiber)

Ingredients
plain yogurt 1/2 a cupTexmex spices 1.5 tablespoons (or more to taste)1 16 ounce can of corn niblets (drained)1 18 ounce can of black beans (drained)1/2cup of fiber one
Directions
Rinse and drain corn and beans
crush fiber one into a powder.
mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.

makes 12 generous servings of dip! Great with baked tortillas, and especially multigrain toritillas!
