Beef Lo Mein

* Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz * Linguine, 8 oz. cooked per package directions * 2 TBS Cornstarch * 2 tsp Granulated Sugar * 1 cup Soy Sauce, low sodium * 1/4 cup Water * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small, chopped * Garlic, 4 cloves minced * Red bell pepper, cut into thin strips * 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Makes 6 servings.
Cook pasta per package directions.
In bowl, mix soy sauce and sugar. In small bowl mix cornstarch and water.
In wok or large pan, brown beef until done, add all the veggies and stir fry until onions turn clear. Add the soy sauce mixture to the beef and cook until veggies are desired tenderness. Mix in the cornstarch mixture, stirring well over low heat. Gently toss in pasta.
