Let dough rise for at least 1 1/2 hours. While dough is rising, mix tomato sauce, crushed garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasonings and set aside. Punch down dough, let rise for 20 more mins. Spread out on parchement paper or a pizza pan. Let rest for 10 mins. Preheat oven to 400. Spread tomato sauce mix on dough. Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
