Tomato & Beef Goulash

Ingredients
Canned tomatoes, whole1 pkg Lean Ground beef1 onion2 stalks celery2 cloves garlic3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil8 - 10 mushrooms, quartered ( I would say approx a cup of quartered mushrooms)1/2 - 1 tsp basil1/2 - 1 tsp cilantro1/2 - 1 tsp oregano1/2 - 1 tsp dill weedsalt & pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in large pot. Sautee garlic and onion until translucent then add beef. Brown beef until pinkness almost gone and add mushrooms and celery. Season with salt and pepper and add spices (I usually eyeball my spice amounts so add as much as you like!)

Let cook until celery has turned bright green and mushrooms are tender. Add canned tomatoes. I let it simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes. During that time cook macaroni.

Add macaroni after cooked and heat through for 5 -8 minutes.

Serve with side salad, crusty bread and a sprinkling of parmesan. Mmm.
