Easy Make Stuffed Jalapeno's

1 Lb bulk pork sausage1 8 Oz brick of cream cheese1 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese2 doz fresh jalapeno's
Slice peppers in half. Use rubber gloves if pepper juice bothers you. Remove stem and inside of the pepper. Brown sausage. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, parmasan cheese and sausage. Place about a tablespoon of cheese mixture into each pepper half. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Unused peppers can be frozen and later popped into a microwave to reheat. I find it easier to use my hands to stuff the peppers. This makes 48 peppers. Serving size is 6.
