Baked Apples

Ingredients
6 apples, cored and sliced2 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread2 TBSP Whey Low Gold Brown Sugar Substitute1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup chopped pecans4 TBSP water
Directions
Core and slice the apples and place them in a bowl.
Melt the smart balance in microwave. Add sugar substitute, cinnamon, and water. Pour over apples.
Add pecans and toss.
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until apples are tender.
Makes 6 2/3 cup servings.
