Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef, 1 onion chopped, 2 carrots chopped, 2 stalks celery chopped, 28-oz can diced tomatoes undrained, 8 oz can red kidney beans drained, 8 oz can white beans drained, 15 oz beef stock, 1.5 tsp oregano, 1 tsp pepper, 2.5 tsp parsley, 1 tsp Tabasco (optional) 4 oz pasta
Directions
Brown beef and drain WELL. Add to soup pot, add all other ingredients EXCEPT pasta. Let cook on Med. heat til veggies are tender. Add pasta and cook until pasta is done. Serve and enjoy.
